IMPERIAL RESORT HURGHADA — ACCOMMODATION ENQUIRY Starting from £40 per person per night. The final price and availability depend on your dates, room type and number of guests and will be confirmed before any payment is requested. To request availability, please email egyptviptours@gmail.com with: • Check-in and check-out dates • Number of adults and children (include children's ages) • Preferred room type and number of rooms • Approximate arrival time • Whether you need airport transfers We will check availability and confirm the total price before you decide whether to proceed. Transfers and flights are separate unless specifically confirmed in your quote. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Please contact Egypt VIP Tours as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Include the lead traveller's name, booking reference, scheduled tour date and service name so we can identify your reservation. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable. The 72-hour deadline is measured against the scheduled start time. Please contact us directly to request cancellation and keep our written confirmation for your records. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour, subject to availability and confirmation by Egypt VIP Tours. Requests made less than 72 hours before the tour cannot be rescheduled under this policy. Please do not assume a new date is confirmed until we have replied in writing. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION Please check your booking confirmation carefully, including the service, date, start time, number of travellers and any pickup details. If any details are incorrect, contact us promptly. Any supplier-specific conditions or inclusions confirmed in writing for your particular service should be read alongside this policy.
