Cancellation Policy Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation by the Customer We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team. Day Tours Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to attend the tour (no-show), are non-refundable. Multi-Day Tours & Tour Packages Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits paid to hotels, airlines, cruises, or third-party suppliers. Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically take 5–14 business days to appear in your account. Changes to Bookings We will do our best to accommodate requests to change your tour date or itinerary, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the requested changes involve hotels, flights, cruises, entrance tickets, or other third-party services. Flight Delays & Travel Disruptions If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your tour where availability allows. Additional costs resulting from supplier fees or schedule changes may apply. Cancellation by Egypt VIP Tours / Cairo Day Trips In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other force majeure), customers will be offered either: A full refund; or The option to reschedule for another available date. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected tour. Force Majeure Neither party shall be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, border closures, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. How to Cancel Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp using the contact details on our website. Please include your booking reference and full name.
